Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on SINK infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Identification: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Location: The specific URL or location of the infringing content on SINK
3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification.

A counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, and telephone number
2. Identification of the content that was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA safe harbor provisions, SINK maintains a repeat infringer policy:

• Users who receive 3 or more valid DMCA takedown notices will be permanently banned
• Strikes are tracked per user account
• Banned users may not create new accounts

False Notices

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Please ensure your notice is accurate and made in good faith.
